Kamil is a Global Youth Leader who has a wide range of academic, research and practical experiences in the field of education research & policy, data analysis, project management, business administration, marketing, and management consultancy. He is one of the 50 Future Leaders from 11 countries who were selected for the British Council Future Leaders Connect Program, 2017. As an emerging policymaker, he represented Pakistan in the Houses of Parliament in London, to discuss some of the biggest global policy issues.
Kamil is a 2008-12 Deans Honour List, Accounting and Finance Graduate from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). He completed his MBA with Honours in 2014-16 from Sabanci University, Turkey. He is also a 2016-17 Commonwealth Scholar and has completed a Masters in Education and International Development from the UCL Institute of Education (IOE), London (Ranked Number 1 Worldwide for Education). He has worked as Program Associate - Trainings and Partnerships at the LUMS School of Education (SOE). He has also served as the Official Coordinator of the United Nations Global Compact for the Lahore, Pakistan Network and helped in the localization of the SDG’s in Pakistan. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Principal at the Nordic International School, Lahore, which is the first Swedish School offering the International Early Years and Primary Years Program in Pakistan.

Ahmed is a dedicated Project Manager and Technology Expert with more than ten years of experience in Research, Software, and Web & Mobile Application Development (using Agile Scrum for mobile and web end technologies - mainly Laravel, JS, Flutter).

Ahmed has worked for some of the biggest clients around the world including PWC, Deloitte, Mackenzie Jones, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, UNICEF, Allergen, Novartis, and Bain & Company.  Ahmed specializes in managing medium and large-sized teams, reviewing their performance, improving collaboration, and ensuring that business strategies are efficiently implemented through everyday work routines.

Zainab has a vast experience in the field of Administration Operations, HR, Marketing, and Research. She is particularly passionate about devising research-based organizational policies and ensuring their complete implementation.

As a Research Associate at Lahore University of Managemnet Sciences, Zainab was selected to present her research at the American Marketing Association Winter Conference, 2014 in Florida, USA. As the Research & Marketing Manager at FINCA Microfinance Bank, she delivered a complete product launch plan for their new FinTech mobile application. Zainab has also served as the Head of Administration at Nordic International School Lahore (the first Swedish school in Pakistan) for 4.5 years where she has single-handedly managed the Admin, HR, Marketing, and Admissions of the school.
